Thank you for your participation and interest in Spic & Span Cleaning Services monthly drawing, hereinafter referred to as “Company”.  You have accessed our online registration portal through www.WinCleaning.com which is our registered domain.  There is no purchase necessary.  Simply complete all required online fields in the entry form and Click submit. 

Terms and Conditions:

You must be at least eighteen years old in order to be awarded any prizes.  You must be a current resident of either San Luis Obispo or Santa Barbara County and reside at the physical address recorded on entry form. NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH, ONLY OWNER OCCUPIED RESIDENCES, APARTMENTS OR RENTAL PROPERTIES NOT ELIGIBLE.

Multiple entries for one physical address within Calendar month, unreadable, incomplete or entries containing erroneous information will be disqualified.

The last Friday of each calendar month will typically be the cutoff date for the given months drawing.  Entries submitted after cutoff date will be carried into next calendar month automatically. Please do not enter more than one physical address per month.  The “Company reserves the right to adjust entry cutoff dates.  As an example if we are conducting an activity on the weekend, we may extend cutoff through the weekend.

Drawing will be conducted once monthly, typically by the 10th business day.
Awarded gifts or prizes may not be exchanged for cash.  As a Service Company most of our prizes/awards will be for cleaning services, on occasion we may include material goods in drawing.  In the event a given month has insufficient entry participation, as deemed by the Company, the Company may choose to not conduct a drawing.  Entries will be automatically carried into subsequent month/s, until drawing occurs.

Actual Prize levels and range of services may change from month to month.  Specific awards for current calendar month will be clearly listed on www.WinCleaning.com . The “Company” reserves the right to add or remove prizes from the list of Monthly Prizes.

Winners will be determined by a random drawing from all entries received as of the drawing. Accordingly, the odds of winning a prize will depend upon the number of entries received for that drawing. 

Winner/s will be able to choose the desired prize from within the drawing prize level.  At the “Company’s” discretion winner/s may be permitted to select multiple awards from lesser prize levels. We will contact winners starting with preferred contact method when noted.  Winner/s will have up to thirty (30) days to acknowledge award, if unclaimed award will be forfeited.  Awards will have an expiration of twelve (12) months from date of issuance.     

Your Agreement:

Participants who meet the age, county and physical resident requirements may be contacted by Spic & Span Cleaning Services via telephone, mail or email. By submitting this entry form, you are granting Spic & Span Cleaning Services express permission to contact you at the telephone number(s) you have provided on this form even if such telephone number(s) have been registered on the national do not call list.  Acceptance of any gift or prize constitutes your permission for Spic & Span Cleaning Services use of your name and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

Our Guarantee:

You complete delight in our services. With this said, if for any reason, the service performed does not meet your satisfaction call our office within 7 days of cleaning; we will return free of charge to re-clean area of concern.  If you are not thoroughly pleased, even after re-clean we will pay a IICRC Certified Firm of your choice to re-clean the area of concern, you will not pay a cent. Guaranteed!
